After breakfast at 6:00 am, you'll set off for an early game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, taking advantage of the best light and most active wildlife. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the largest uninterrupted caldera on Earth and one of Africa's natural wonders. The crater is home to around 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as a rich variety of birds like flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Expect to see many animals in a short time.
The game drive ends in the afternoon, followed by a transfer to Arusha Airport for your 5:30 pm flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to your hotel for a restful evening.
